SolidMark Technology Systems was founded in St. Louis in 2012 by Nathan Briggs and Aisha Coleman — two enterprise technology professionals who had spent their careers watching businesses overpay for technology that underperformed, and decided to build a different kind of technology company.
They built SolidMark around a simple but radical premise for the industry: technology services should be measured by business outcomes, not delivery activity. Not tickets closed — whether your systems are up. Not lines of code — whether your software works. Not security scans performed — whether you are actually protected.
Twelve years later, SolidMark serves 320+ businesses across St. Louis, the Midwest, and nationally — with particular depth in manufacturing, healthcare, financial services, and professional services. Our 85-person team includes software engineers, cloud architects, security analysts, and IT specialists who collectively represent some of the deepest technology expertise available to mid-market businesses in the region.
We are headquartered in St. Louis on Kingshighway Blvd and have never moved. This city is our home market, our primary client base, and the community we have invested in for twelve years.
